Vic has always had a passion for people and business, and the idea of combining the two has always been lifelong goal.  Vic started his career as a Manufacturer’s Representative with Hardware Manufacturer Representative Agency and for 2 years called on hardware accounts in MO and KS. In 1995 Vic joined Gantt-Thomas & Associates, Inc. and today is the Vice President of the Traditional Market segment of our business. In addition, he works with key e-commerce customers and farm store accounts in Missouri and Southern Illinois. Vic’s mission is simple: build strong relationships with both our customer and vendor partners and deliver results. In the Automotive Aftermarket industry Vic has volunteered with SEMA and was the past Chairman for the SEMA Manufacturer’s Rep Network (MRN). He has also served as a CBLC with the SEMA Board and was a part of the SEMA Scholarship Committee. In his spare time, Vic enjoys spending time with his wife Kym and their two daughters Emily and Lauren. Vic also enjoys Snow Skiing, Mountain Biking, and swims with the local Masters' Swim Team. Vic is a veteran and served during Desert Storm in the United States Navy as a Master of Arms and a Rescue Swimmer.  Vic is also the GTAteam’s lunch director and holds the record for surviving the most questionable Sushi restaurant in the MINK states.
